Reformer Short Course - Essentials
In partnership with Tensegrity Training (60182), you will learn an extensive repertoire of Reformer Essentials exercises. You will also learn about using the Reformer for basic rehabilitation. The learning in this course will assist you to effectively use a Reformer in your studio, practice or home.
Reformer Short Course – Intermediate/Advanced
In partnership with Tensegrity Training (60182), this course builds upon your existing knowledge of the Reformer. Both Reformer Essentials and Reformer Intermediate/Advanced must be completed in order to be eligible for the government accredited unit of competency PILEQU501 – Teach Reformer Repertoire
Integrated Diploma Pilates Instructor course
In partnership with Tensegrity Training (60182) The 10596NAT Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology is a comprehensive course equipping the graduate with a solid understanding of Studio Equipment Pilates, moderate level rehabilitation skills and the ability to problem solve and assess clients.
